On August 12, 2026, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiary Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, bought 44,222 shares in Nordic Financials ASA (ISIN NO0013683409). Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries, now holds a total of 1,989,602 shares in the company on a consolidated basis, representing 10.1% of the outstanding shares and votes in the company.
