Oslo, 17 March 2026 – The annual general meeting of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA will be held on 7 April 2026, at 10:00 CET at Stortorvet 7, 0155 OSLO, Norway.

All shareholders are encouraged to vote electronically prior to the meeting or issue a proxy to the chairman (or the person he/she appoints) and not attend physically.
