NEXT Biometrics Group ASA - Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA from trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 2.10.2, Euronext Oslo Børs has on 22. October 2026 made the following resolution: "The shares of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of 23 October 2026. The last day of admission to trading will be 22 October 2026."
