CFO Resignation

Oslo,11 June 2026 - NEXT Biometrics Group ASA (“NEXT” or the “Company”) announces that, as part of the planned restructuring, Eirik Underthun will step down as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company, effective 11 June 2026, to pursue other career opportunities outside the Company. "We thank Eirik for his contributions to NEXT and wish him all the best going forward," said Ulf Ritsvall, CEO of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA. Lars Bakklund will assume the role as interim CFO immediately until a new permanent CFO has been appointed. Lars Bakklund brings extensive financial and managerial experience, including as CFO for listed companies within the semiconductor and biometrics industries.
