MPC Energy Solutions N.V. (the "Company") has today received trade notifications from the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

Stefan Meichsner, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has sold 8,000 shares on Euronext Growth Oslo for NOK 14.10 per share. Following the sale, Mr. Meichsner owns 35,000 shares in the Company.
