MPC Energy Solutions N.V. - Notification of PDMR trade

MPC Energy Solutions N.V. (the "Company") has today received a trade notification from the following associated party of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

MPC Capital Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG ("MPC Capital"), a closely associated legal entity of, among others, Dr Philipp Lauenstein, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, has purchased 1,762,612 shares at an average share price of NOK 13.40. Following the purchase, MPC Capital owns 6,328,975 shares in the Company.
