MPC Energy Solutions N.V. - Notification of PDMR trade

MPC Energy Solutions N.V. (the "Company") has today received trade notifications from the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

Stefan Meichsner, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has bought 2,000 shares on Euronext Growth Oslo for NOK 13.40 per share. Following the sale, Mr. Meichsner owns 37,000 shares in the Company.
