MPCC - Major Shareholding Notification

Hamburg, 1 July 2026 As a result of a private placement of shares representing 10% of MPC Container Ships ASA ("MPCC") and the increase in total share capital, the shareholdings of MPC CSI GmbH and MPCC CSI Ltd., entities affiliated with MPC Capital AG, have been adjusted from approximately 20.12% to 18.29% of total shares and voting rights, representing 89,260,056 shares. MPC Capital AG is the founding shareholder of MPCC. This announcement is subject to the disclosure requirements in section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
