Bård Olsen, CFO of Magnora ASA, has purchased 4,148 shares in Magnora ASA ("Magnora") today 24 June 2026 at an average price of NOK 23.95 per share.

Following this acquisition, Bård Olsen controls 136,450 shares in Magnora ASA, which equals 0.2 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.

Mr. Olsen also holds 10,000 share options in Magnora ASA.
