Lumi Gruppen: Minutes from annual general meeting

The annual general meeting of Lumi Gruppen AS (the "Company") was held today, 12 May 2026. The minutes from the meeting and appendices are attached to this notice and will be made available on the Company's website: General Meeting – lumiinvestor

All items on the agenda, except items 9 and 10, received the required majority of votes and were approved by the general meeting, including the change of the Company's name from "Lumi Gruppen AS" to "Lumi Education Group AS".
