Notification of major shareholding

Oslo, 13 may 2025: Sundt AS have today acquired a total of 2,400,000 shares in Link Mobility ASA, following which they own 17,100,000 shares in the company, representing 5.59% of the issued shares and votes in the company based on 305,900,968 shares outstanding.

This disclosure is made pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19 and sections 4-2 and 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
