Major Shareholding Disclosure

JPMorgan Chase & Co. ("JPMC ") no longer has a notifiable interest in the share capital of Link Mobility Group Holding as a result of trades by its subsidiary J.P. Morgan Securities PLC. The total number of shares held by JPMC on 27 July was 12,902,229 being 4.218% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the company. The holding in JPMC crossed a notification threshold of 5% on 27 July 2026.
