LINK Mobility - LINK acquires Italian company KPM Solutions

(Oslo, 8 June 2026) - LINK Mobility has acquired KPM Solutions, an Italian reseller of LINK’s messaging services and provider of a self-service messaging platform.

KPM Solutions, headquartered in Arezzo, Italy, distributes approximately 114 million SMS messages annually on behalf of its customers. The company has demonstrated strong operational performance, with gross profit nearly doubling from 4Q24 to 1Q26, primarily driven by growth within its existing customer base.

LINK has acquired KPM Solutions for a purchase price of EUR 988 thousand, corresponding to an full year EV/Pro forma adjusted EBITDA multiple of 3.5x. The transaction also includes an earn-out component linked to gross profit performance in 2026. The acquisition was completed today and will be settled entirely in cash.
