Kid ASA - Second Quarter 2026 Results

Lier, 20 August 2026: Kid Group, a leading home and interior retailer in the Nordics, announces its financial results for the second quarter of 2026.

HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE QUARTER INCLUDE:

· Revenues for the Group increased by 6.8% to MNOK 914.8 (9.1% in constant currency), supported by strong seasonal assortments and continued solid Online sales growth · Gross margin increased to 63.2%, supported by favourable freight costs, currency effects and product mix · OPEX increased by 5.4%, primarily driven by marketing activity, bonus accruals and IT investments, partly offset by currency · EBITDA increased by 15.2% to MNOK 217.8 (MNOK 189.1), up MNOK 28.7 year-over -year · EPS increased by NOK 0.97 to NOK 0.90, supported by stronger profitability, lower financial expenses and non-recurring items recognised in the prior year · Operating cash flow improved by MNOK 103.8 compared with Q2 2025, supported by working capital development and higher profitability

"Kid Group delivered robust revenue growth in the second quarter despite negative timing effects from Easter in Norway. Growth was supported by strong customer demand across both segments, continued Online momentum and strong performance in seasonal assortments. Warehouse operations remained stable throughout the quarter, supporting good product availability and normal flow of goods to stores" says Marianne Fulford, CEO of Kid ASA.
