Itera Annual Report 2025

Oslo, 28 April 2026: The board of directors of Itera ASA (the "Company") has in its meeting on 27 April 2026 approved the Company's annual accounts for the financial year 2025 and the Company's annual report, including the Group's annual accounts and the board of directors' report, for the financial year 2025.

The annual report is attached hereto and will also be made available on the Company's website www.itera.com. The Company will also publish its annual report in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), available as an attachment to this release.
