Induct AS (the "Company") refers to the stock exchange announcements regarding the invitation to a company presentation and the announcement of a proposed preferential rights issue.

Following feedback from shareholders, the Company wishes to inform that it has prepared a more detailed company presentation, including further information on the use of proceeds from the proposed preferential rights issue.
