Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Gigante Salmon AS (the "Company") on 18 March 2026 regarding the final results of the subsequent offering of offer shares in the Company. Rune Johansen, Investor Relations Officer and primary insider, was allocated 25,000 offer shares at a subscription price of NOK 7.50 per share in the subsequent offering.
