New share capital registered

Ålesund, 27 April 2026 Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (the “Company”) on 17 April 2026 regarding the final results of the subsequent offering of new shares in the Company, each with a nominal value of NOK 8.00 (the “Subsequent Offering”). A total of 5,625,000 new Company shares were allocated in the Subsequent Offering.

The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration, the Company’s new share capital is NOK 565,675,952, divided into 70,709,494 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 8.00. The new shares are expected to be delivered to the applicants' respective VPS accounts on or about 28 April 2026 and will commence trading on Euronext Growth Oslo today.
