Energy Swan secures two new charter contracts and September commercial update
Ålesund, 2 October 2026
Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (“GEOS” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that two new charter contracts have been concluded for the large PSV Energy Swan with two different first-class international charterers.
The first contract comprises a firm period of approximately one month, with additional options, and is scheduled to commence during October 2026.
The second contract provides employment on the Norwegian Continental Shelf for an estimated firm period of 290 days, with options for a further approximately 500 days. Commencement is expected in January 2027.
The two contracts represent a combined estimated firm contract value of approximately USD 8.7 million. If all options are exercised, their total estimated contract value would increase to approximately USD 23.5 million.
With reference to the Company’s announcement dated 10 September 2026, and after deducting revenue earned during September, the combined estimated remaining firm contract backlog for Energy Pace, Energy Paradise and Energy Swan is approximately USD 17.9 million as at 1 October 2026. If all remaining options under these contracts are exercised, the total estimated remaining contract value would increase to approximately USD 42.2 million.
The new contracts significantly strengthen the Company’s forward contract coverage and earnings visibility. The long-term employment secured for Energy Swan reflects the vessel’s capabilities and the confidence charterers place in the Company’s operational quality and service delivery.
