Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements published by Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA regarding the capital reduction by way of reducing the par value of each of the company’s shares from NOK 8.00 to NOK 1.00. The share capital reduction has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The company’s registered share capital is NOK 70 709 494 divided into 70 709 494 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
