Sale of PSV Energy Partner completed today

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (the "Company") on 26 January 2026 where the Company announced that its subsidiary Energy Partner AS had signed a binding sales agreement for the PSV Energy Partner against a gross sale price of USD 27.25 million. The sale has today 19 February 2026 been successfully completed.
