Amersfoort, 15 May 2026 - Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco" or "the Company") will release its Q1 2026 results on Wednesday, 20 May at 7:00 a.m. (CET). The financial report and presentation will be made available on www.newsweb.no and on the investors section of the company's website www.envipco.com/investors.

CSO Mikael Clement and President Americas Bob Lincoln will present the results in a webcast streamed on the investors section of the company's website www.envipco.com/investors at 8:00 a.m. (CET) the same day. Following the presentation, it will be opened for questions from the audience.
