Completion of share capital decrease - new share capital registered

Reference is made to the resolution by the Annual General Meeting of Entra ASA (the "Company") on 21 April 2026 to decrease the Company's share capital by NOK 884,660, from NOK 182,132,055 to NOK 181,247,395, by cancellation of 884,660 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.

The new share capital and the new number of shares have today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Share capital (new): NOK 181,247,395

Number of shares (new): 181,247,395

Par value of each share: NOK 1
