Entra ASA: New lease agreement for 45,000 sqm at Fredrik Selmers vei 4 and 6 at Helsfyr in Oslo

Entra ASA has entered into a new lease agreement with the Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten) for approximately 45,000 sqm at Fredrik Selmers vei 4 ("FS4") and Fredrik Selmers vei 6 ("FS6") at Helsfyr in Oslo. The tenant currently leases approximately 38,000 sqm at FS4 under a lease originally expiring in the fourth quarter of 2028.

The new lease commences partly in the fourth quarter of 2028 and mainly from the first quarter of 2029, with a weighted average term of approximately 15 years.

FS4 and FS6 are centrally located office properties in close proximity to Helsfyr metro station, a seven-minute metro ride from Oslo Central Station. The premises will be refurbished from mid-2027 ahead of commencement of the new lease. During this period, the tenant will relocate temporarily to vacant space in three of Entra's properties in Oslo.
