EIOF – Approval of annual and sustainability reports for 2025

The Board of Directors of Eidesvik Offshore ASA (“Eidesvik” or the “Group”) has approved the Director’s report and audited financial statements for 2025 for both the Group and the parent company (the “Annual Report”), and Eidesvik’s Sustainability Report for 2025.

The Annual Report, European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) and the Sustainability Report are attached to this notification, and are available for download from Eidesvik’s website www.eidesvik.no.
