Deep Value Driller AS – Notice of annual general meeting

Oslo, 27 May 2026: Deep Value Driller AS (the "Company") hereby calls for its annual general meeting to be held on Thursday, 11 June 2026 at 10:00 CEST (the "AGM"). The AGM will be held as a digital meeting only, accessible via Microsoft Teams.

The notice of the AGM, including the board of directors' proposed resolutions and the notice of attendance and proxy form, is attached to this announcement and available on the Company's website, www.deepvaluedriller.no. Shareholders are encouraged to attend the AGM by casting their votes in advance or by granting a proxy to the chair of the board with voting instructions. See further details in the attached notice.
