3030 DVD AS - Mandatory notification of trade

29 October 2026: Svend Anton Maier, CEO (until January 2027) and primary insider of 3030 DVD AS (the "Company"), has today, 29 October 2026, sold 275,000 shares in the Company personally and 900,000 shares through his closely associated company Tarraco AS. Following the transaction, Svend Anton Maier and his closely associated companies hold no shares in the Company.
