CodeLab Capital AS – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by CodeLab Capital AS (the "Company") on 3 June 2026 regarding the successful private placement of 4,250,000 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 4 per share, raising gross proceeds of NOK 17 million (the "Private Placement"). The issuance of new shares in the Private Placement was approved by the annual general meeting of the Company held on 20 May 2026.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares in the Private Placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 46,195,103.150913 divided on 18,704,915 shares, each with a par value of NOK 2.469677256.
