Capsol Technologies ASA – New share capital registered

Oslo, 18 May 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Capsol Technologies ASA ("Capsol" or “Company”) on 13 May 2026 regarding the issuance of 384,265 new shares (the “New Shares”) in relation to settlement of the Company’s RSUs and employee share purchase program for 2026.

The share capital increase pertaining to the New Shares was today registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following the registration, the share capital of the Company is NOK 37,524,199 comprising of 75,048,398 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50.
