The annual general meeting of Borgestad ASA (the "Company") was held today, on 22 May 2026 at 11:30 hours (CEST), at Fornebuveien 1, Lysaker, Norway.

All resolutions were passed in accordance with the proposals from the board of directors and the nomination committee.
