Borgestad ASA: Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Borgestad ASA

30 October 2026: The board of directors of Borgestad ASA has, based on the authorization granted by the annual general meeting held on 22 May 2026, resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 1.50 per share based on the annual accounts for 2025. For Norwegian tax purposes, the distribution shall be in the form of repayment of paid-in equity.
