Borgestad ASA: Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Borgestad ASA

26 February 2026: The board of directors of Borgestad ASA has, based on the authorization granted by the annual general meeting held on 28 May 2025, resolved to distribute an additional dividend of NOK 0.50 per share based on the annual accounts for 2024. For Norwegian tax purposes, the distribution shall be in the form of repayment of paid-in equity.
