B2 Impact ASA: Second quarter and half year results 2026

Financial highlights:
* Investments of NOK 1.3bn and NOK 3.1bn invested and committed for 2026 * Unsecured collection performance of 117% (112%) * Cash collections of NOK 1,665m (1,510m) * Cash EBITDA of NOK 1,262m (1,151m) * Adj. Net profit of NOK 246m (202m) * Adj. Earnings per share of NOK 0.66 (0.55) (Comparable numbers for 2025 in brackets) Increased financial targets for 2026:
· EPS of at least NOK 2.25 (2.10) · ROE of ~16% (14%) · Investments of at least NOK 4bn (3.5) · Maintain leverage below 2.5x Collections remained strong in the second quarter with an unsecured collection performance of 117 % up from 112 % in the same quarter last year. Cash collections and revenues were up, driven by higher unsecured collections offsetting lower secured collections as expected.
Cash EBITDA was NOK 1,262 million and adjusted EBIT was NOK 494 million. Adjusted Net profit was NOK 246 million equivalent to adjusted earnings per share of NOK 0.66, up from NOK 0.55 in the same quarter last year representing 21 % growth in adjusted earnings per share.
B2 Impact invested NOK 1.3 billion in new portfolios in the second quarter. The investments in the quarter were mainly unsecured portfolios. The secured assets acquired in the quarter relate to the buyout of a JV partner. The Estimated Remaining Collections (ERC) were NOK 28.9 billion including share of portfolios held in JVs and REOs. As of today, the Group has invested and committed NOK 3.1 billion for 2026.
B2 Impact has a solid and diversified funding structure to support further growth. The leverage ratio at the end of the second quarter was 2.1x. The Group holds a EUR 610 million senior secured revolving credit facility (RCF) and three senior unsecured bond loans for a total of EUR 650 million. The liquidity reserve at the end of the quarter was around EUR 320 million.
"Earnings per share were NOK 0.66 in the quarter, up 21% from Q2 last year, and we are trending ahead of our targeted growth in earnings per share and dividend for 2026. As a result, we now expect earnings per share of at least NOK 2.25 for 2026 and a return on equity of 16% at year end with a continued strong equity ratio. For the following years we will present revised targets when we have concluded 2026.
The high investment activity will contribute positively to earnings going forward. Combined with our strong cash flow we aim to maintain a low leverage ratio to allow for full dividend distribution in the coming years." says Trond Kristian Andreassen, CEO of B2 Impact ASA.
