B2 Impact ASA: Resignation of board member

Prateek Puri, member of the board of directors ("Board") of B2 Impact ASA (the "Company"), has notified the Company of his decision to resign as board member, effective immediately.

Prateek Puri has served on the Board as representative of Nevedal Invest AS, and, indirectly, Searchlight Capital. Mr. Puri's decision follows his departure from Searchlight Capital.

The Board and the Company would like to thank Mr. Puri for his contributions.
