Atlantic Sapphire ASA: Exercise of Bridge Loan Tranche D Increase Request

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Atlantic Sapphire ASA (the "Company") on 24 August 2026 regarding, inter alia, the entry into of an agreement for the borrowing of an additional USD 1.5 million under the previously announced Bridge Loan ("Bridge Loan Tranche D"). As stated in such stock exchange notice, the Bridge Loan Tranche D includes an option for the Company to request an additional USD 1.5 million to be provided thereunder.
The Company has now requested such increase, and the lenders have approved such request, and the Bridge Loan Tranche D has therefore been extended with an additional USD 1.5 million.
