Oslo, Norway, 20 May 2026, Arribatec Group ASA (OSE: ARR, Arribatec) reports its sixth consecutive quarter with revenue growth and an 85% year-on-year EBITA improvement.
Q1 2026 HIGHLIGHTS - Revenue of NOK 152.4m, up 4.1% year-on-year (5.1% in constant currency) - Recurring revenue of NOK 68.6m, up NOK 3m, representing 45% of total revenue - EBITA of NOK 13.5m and margin of 8.9%, adjusted for non-cash and non-recurring items, reflecting an 85% growth YoY - Operating cash flow of NOK 35.9m (Q1 2025: NOK 10.7m) - Cash position of NOK 91.4m; no interest-bearing debt - Business Services and EA&BPM are delivering double-digit EBITA margins (11.7% and 12.4%), while Cloud (-2.4% adjusted for non-recurring costs) is repositioning for profitable growth Arribatec Group ASA will host a web presentation for the first quarter financial results 2026 on Wednesday 20 May 2026 at 10:00 CET.
