Mandatory notification of trade

Tom Vandezane, EVP and primary insider, has on 30 September 2026 acquired 25,445 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 3.93 per share as part of the Employee Share Purchase Programme. Following this transaction, Tom Vandezane holds a total of 82,670 shares. The shares will be transferred subsequent to the completion of Arribatec's ongoing buy-back programme.
