Kjølvik Invest AS, a company wholly owned by Ole Jakob Kjølvik, CEO of Arribatec Group ASA (the "Company"), has today acquired 18,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 5.72 per share. Following this transaction, Ole Jakob Kjølvik holds, directly and indirectly through Kjølvik Invest AS, a total of 134,658 shares, representing approximately 0.20% of the Company’s outstanding shares.

CFO, Bent Hammer, has today acquired 10,000 shares in Company at a price of NOK 5.66 per share. Following this transaction, Bent Hammer holds a total of 21,000 shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company’s outstanding shares.
