Correction Notice of ordinary general meeting

It has come to our attention that there was an error in the original notice to the Annual General Meeting regarding the composition of the Board. The corrected proposal for item 9 now reads as follows:

"9. Election of board members

The Board's proposal for resolution: The composition of the Board is changed and re-elected for the period until the Annual General Meeting in 2027. Ingvild Fosse is elected as a new member. Jostein Devold and Lars Nilsen will become deputy members. In accordance with this, the Board will consist of: Lars Boilesen (Chair), Jan Chr. Opsahl (Deputy Chair), Andreas M. Akselsen, Erlend Sogn, and Ingvild Fosse. Deputy members: Jostein Devold, Lars Nilsen."

The ordinary general meeting in Ayfie International AS will be held 19. March 2026 at 12:00 CET at the company’s office in Sjølyst Plass 2, 0278 Oslo, Norway.

The notice with agenda is attached to this stock exchange notice and will be sent to the company's shareholders, including registration and proxy form.
