15 more municipalities choose Ayfie's AI platform
Oslo, 15 October 2026 - Ayfie today announced that 15 Norwegian municipalities have been onboarded to the Ayfie AI platform during the past two months, bringing the total number of municipalities to more than 30 in 2026. Ayfie is currently in active dialog with another 25 municipalities. Moreh than half of the municipalities are represented by inter-municipal IT collaborations. The municipalities are now actively using Ayfie to explore how AI agents and assistants can increase productivity, simplify communication and establish the foundation for automating all or parts of municipal case-handling processes across professional systems and data sources. All solutions are built on a secure foundation designed to support GDPR compliance, while ensuring human-in-the-loop control throughout the processes.
A starting point designed to scale beyond the pilot phase The total contract value for the initial Q4 onboarding and pilot phase of the 15 municipalities is NOK 400,000. The commercial framework is structured to support long-term, full-scale municipal deployment. Because half of the participating municipalities are represented by inter-municipal IT collaborations, the onboarding establishes a direct channel for broader adoption across multiple domains. As these municipalities transition from early production to broader internal rollouts, the platform's subscription model is positioned to scale with user volumes, connected enterprise data sets and more platform features.
