Ayfie International AS: Ex. date for potential subsequent offering

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Ayfie International AS (the "Company") on 25 June 2026 with key information regarding a potential subsequent offering of up to 750,000 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 3.00 per share (the "Subsequent Offering"), being the same subscription price as in the private placement announced on the same date (the "Private Placement").

The shares in the Company will from today, 26 June 2026, be traded excluding the right to participate in the potential Subsequent Offering.
