2020 Bulkers Ltd. (2020): Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 1 October 2026 announcing the issue of the private placement shares and the consideration shares to be issued in connection with the completion of the recently announced acquisition of AHTS AS and other companies.

MH Capital AS, an entity controlled by Magnus Halvorsen, chair of 2020 Bulkers Ltd., have subscribed for and received 120,523,756 Consideration Shares. Prior to completion of the AHTS transaction, MH Capital AS and Magnus Halvorsen held 1,527,026 and 505,092 shares, respectively, in the Company. Following issuance of the Consideration Shares, MH Capital AS and Magnus Halvorsen in aggregate hold 122,555,874 shares.
