Incentive AS hereby corrects the ownership percentage previously reported in the notification of major shareholding published on 24 September 2026.

Based on the current total number of outstanding shares reported by 2020 Bulkers Ltd. on its website, the funds and separately managed accounts managed by Incentive AS hold 8.15% of the total voting rights and outstanding shares in 2020 Bulkers Ltd.
