Dividend distribution: in NOK at 1.24605 per share

Ex-date: 8 May 2026

Record date: 11 May 2026

Payment date: on or about 1 June 2026

Date of approval: 6 May 2026

Other information: The distribution will constitute a repayment of the Company's paid-in capital.
