Lumi: New company name and amendment to articles of association registered

Oslo, 18 May 2026: The Annual General Meeting of Lumi Education Group AS (previously Lumi Gruppen AS) held on 12 May 2026 resolved to change the name of the company from "Lumi Gruppen AS" to "Lumi Education Group AS". The new company name, and the related amendment of the Articles of Association, has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The company's trading code (ticker) will remain unchanged.
