Oslo, May 13th, 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on May 12th, 2026 regarding the settlement timeline for the successfully completed secondary placement of existing shares (in the form of depository receipts, referred to as the “Sale Shares”) in Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A. The Sale Shares are now tradeable.
