Elmera Group ASA: Q1 2026 results – Strong operational development and higher EBIT adj. YoY across all segments

Elmera Group recorded an adjusted net revenue of NOK 527m in the first quarter of 2026, compared to NOK 502m in the first quarter of 2025. Adjusted EBIT increased to NOK 201m, from NOK 174m in Q1 2025. The increase was supported by higher volumes and elspot prices compared to Q1 2025.

The strong customer growth in the Consumer segment continued, with an organic growth of 6 thousand deliveries in the quarter and 20 thousand deliveries over the last twelve months.

- I am pleased to see continued strong customer growth in Consumer. It reflects both solid handling of the Norgespris introduction and strong commercial execution across the organisation. I am also very impressed by the Business segment, reporting record-high financials in the quarter, says CEO Rolf Barmen.

On 31 March 2026, the Group successfully acquired the Swedish electricity retailer Telinet Energi AB.

- The acquisition of Telinet Energi strengthens our Nordic footprint and adds an attractive Swedish B2C portfolio to the Group. We see this as a good strategic fit with our existing operations outside Norway, says Barmen.

The group has increased its targeted adjusted operating profit (EBIT adj.) for 2026 to NOK 575m, including the Telinet acquisition.
