PROTECTOR FORSIKRING ASA NEW RT1 MANDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

Protector Forsikring ASA, rated A- (Excellent) with Stable outlook from A.M. Best, has mandated Nordea as Sole Manager to arrange a fixed income investor meeting commencing today, Monday 27. October 2025, at 14:30 CET. Subject to market conditions, a minimum NOK 300 million Solvency II compliant Perpetual Restricted Tier 1 bond issue with minimum 5 years to first call may follow.

The purpose of the contemplated new issue is for the bonds to qualify as Restricted Tier 1 Instruments for the issuer for the purpose of applicable regulations.

Manufacturer target market (MiFID II product governance) is eligible counterparties and professional clients only (all distribution channels). No PRIIPs key information document (KID) has been prepared as not available to retail in EEA.
