PROTECTOR FORSIKRING ASA: BUY-BACK OF PERPETUAL RESTRICTED TIER 1 BONDS

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 3 September 2026, regarding Protector's new Perpetual Restricted Tier 1 Bond Issue.

In connection with issuing the new bond, Protector Forsikring ASA has repurchased a total of NOK 58 million in its outstanding Perpetual Restricted Tier 1 bonds with ticker "PROT06" (ISIN: NO0011170045) at a price of 100.966% of par. Outstanding volume after the transaction is NOK 292 million.

Settlement date for the buy-backs is expected to be 17 September 2026.
