Sandnes, Norway, 8 May 2026: Reference is made to the announcement by Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) on 8 May 2026 regarding the notice of the annual general meeting ("AGM"), to be held on 29 May 2026 to approve a dividend of NOK 1.110 per share, NOK 2,771,010,933 in total, equivalent to USD 300 million, relating to Q1 2026.
